A zoesim is a data plan you install before you travel. It sits dormant on your phone until you land, then joins a local network on its own. Your usual number stays where it is.

1. Pick a destination and a size.
2. Scan the QR code we email you.
3. Fly. It switches on where you land.

When should I install it?

Before you leave, on your own wifi. Installing needs a connection; using it later does not.

Do I keep my own phone number?

Yes. A zoesim adds a data line beside your usual SIM. Calls and bank codes still arrive on your own number.

What happens when the data runs out?

The connection stops rather than billing you extra. You can top the same eSIM up from your account, without installing anything again.
